Brain Models

Stop renting a mind. Grow your own.

Abstract

Enterprises are wiring one rented language model into the centre of their decisions and asking it to be the voice, the memory, the rule book and the judge at once. This thesis proposes Brain Models: five parts taken from what the brain does best. A Guard that lets signals in safely, Senses that read the world into facts, a Memory that never overwrites, a Judgment made of small owned models called neurons, one per question, and a Voice, the only place a language model lives, that speaks and acts from signed decisions. Separating language from logic makes decisions more accurate, provable, affordable, and better every night.
